Wendler Cyklus 1 Uge 1 Dag 1

Er blevet meget slap i benene efter jeg har tabt mig 3 kg, så jeg har besluttet mig at starte helt forfra med min Wendler træning og køre en meget langsom progression indtil jeg har ramt den kropsvægt som jeg er tilfreds med.
