Thierry Sanchez
Hi guys and girls,To those of you training with kettlebells, I have arranged a virtual team challenge.Until now, there are only 3 teams from Denmark. There are teams from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Australia, England and USA participating. So my question to you is: what the hell are you training kettlebells for?I don't care much for the hard style versus soft style bullshit arguments. If I train weights, it's to compete. I hope you are ready to dust off your bells and meet up!All are welcome, regardless of whatever way they train. Just have a solid lockout and technique!Best to you all!Thierryhttp://kettlebell-fitness.dk
