Konditionstræning på muskelhviledag?

Hejsa,

Er det en dårlig idé at træne f.eks crosstraining på den dag man restituerer muskler - f.eks ens fridag i et to-split program?

Kunne jo være rart og forbrænde lidt deller, den dag man "venter". Men der skal ikke gå ud over muskelopbygningen / restitutionen jo!

Hvad mener i garvede fitness-mennesker?
