Rygtræning

I øjeblikket består min deciderede rygtræning kun af to øvelser:

3x10 bent-over rows(DB)

4x6-8 close-grip chinups

dette laver jeg to gange ugentligt.

Jeg ved, at man selvfølgelig kunne lave flere andre øvelser, men giver disse to ikke en rimelig allround rygtræning, eller SKAL jeg tilføje andre(overvejer shrugs hvis strengt nødvendigt) ?. Dødløft har jeg droppet.

Det skal siges, at jeg træner for et fitnesslook(rimelig markeret) og ikke seriøs BB.
