Weight Gainer eller Proteinpulver?

Er blevet lidt i tvivl, hvad der bedst efter træning.. Om det er weight gainer eller protein pulver+2 bananer?

Tænker på fordi Weight Gainer er der rimelig meget sukker i. Hvad har i bedste erfaringer med? Og hvad er bedst?

protein pulver i maelk samt 2 mangoer, 1 banan og 4 stk grillede sticky rice er bedst!
