Recommended Posts

En klassisk milepæl i styrkesammenhæng 500/400/300/200 (lbs). Det betyder f.eks:

DL:pres= 2½:1

Squat:pres= 2:1

Bænk:pres= 1½:1

DL:SQ= 1.25:1

Men den slags varrierer fra person til person pga træningsfokus og biomekaniske fordele.

Dødløft = 1

Squat = 0.91

Bænkpres = 0.75

Pres (Military press går jeg ud fra) = 0.28

Press = Overhead Press faktisk, men super tæt på Military :)

Super tak for hjælpen alle sammen :) - Hvis der er flere der skriver deres ratios, så brug 1x DL som udgangspunkt for de andre løft :)
