Du ved ikke hvad et homegym er?? troede ikke der var mange af den slags.. men det er den maskine med vægtblokke bagpå, der er feks. en stang foroven med en vejer i... plus til bencurl, og 2 arme i siden. Hmm Hmm Hmm

Der er ingen der aner hvad dit homegym indeholder.

Et dejligt udvalg af øvelser:

Dødløft.

Squat.

Bænkpres.

Seated db presses.

Glute ham raises.

Barbell row.

Curls.

Close grip bench.
