Trapezius - Nakke træning - Shrugs

er jeg ved at finde ud af den mest optimale hypertrofi nakketræning, hvis man IKKE lyster ovenstående shrug.

Jeg stod forleden og slappede lidt af ved "calf raise" maskinen (se her hvilken jeg mener: http://liftedathletics.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/machine-calf-raise.jpg ) og fik en idé, og vil nu høre jer, eksperterne, om man ikke med fordel kan lave sine shrugs i den? Man kan smide vildt mange kg på, og ens greb/arme/skuldre bliver ikke trætte FØR nakken!

Hvad siger I?
