Frivend + knickstød, 2+2 reps: 70 - 70 - 70 - 75 - 75 - 80

Mine frivend er virkelig ringe - tror det er en kombination af semidårlig skuldermobilitet og teknik. Tror jeg går lidt ned i vægt næste gang og arbejder med teknik

Trækhiv fra gulv + dybe hiv, 1+2 reps: 60 - 60 -70 - 75

1+1 reps: 80 - 85 - 87,5

Opadstød bag nakken, 3 reps: 70 - 70 - 80 - 80 - 90 - 90

Benbøj foran, 3 reps: 80 - 80 - 90 - 90 - 100 - 100 - 110 - 115 (ny 3RM PR)

Stem bag nakken, 6 reps: 30 - 40 - 40
