RuneB Posted September 10, 2015 Author Report Share Posted September 10, 2015 (edited) træning er delt op i Teknik (3-5 reps, lav effort)BB (6-10 reps, tæt på failure)teknik er også meget bb eller meget styrkeløft.jeg tror du tænker der stor forskel på 3x70 og så 10x70. Jeg er nok stærkest smalt, men ved ikke hvor grænsen går. Tommeltot er jeg helt sikkert svagest i. Jeg leger lidt med at mindske ROM, men umiddelbart følelses smalt med meget leg drive bedst.
