Tunge løft.

Hey

Jeg skal bare lige hurtigt høre om det er okay at køre tunge løft og lettere løft i samme træning f.eks

Hvis jeg nu kører Squat i 5x5 også et par øvelser senere kører jeg lunges 3x40 rep.

Grunden til at jeg kører 3x40 i lunges, det er fordi det bliver man testet i når man skal tjene værnepligt.

5x5 I BOR er helt okay! Det er 3x10, 4x8, 10x10, 6x4, 2x20, 2x15, 3x15, 5x10................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... også.

Personligt bryder jeg mig helst om lidt flere reps i BoR, da 5x5 kræver ret stor vægt og det syntes jeg er unødvendig belastning af min lænd.
