Se evt. min log.Det ser sådan ud (i samme rækkefølge):3 set leg eks.3 set leg curl.4 set squat. 3 set seated calf raises.3 set stående calf raises.Kør dem 10, 8, 6. eller 10, 8, 6, 6.Det fungerer ret godt for mig. :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
