I øjeblikket kører jeg et program, hvor jeg træner ben én gang om ugen. Se evt. min log.

Det ser sådan ud (i samme rækkefølge):

3 set leg eks.

3 set leg curl.

4 set squat.

3 set seated calf raises.

3 set stående calf raises.

Kør dem 10, 8, 6. eller 10, 8, 6, 6.

Det fungerer ret godt for mig. :)
