Den er nu ikke så hemmelig, aak-styrke.dk, men man skal stille op i enten styrkeløft, vægtløftning eller brydning(du bliver så lige nødt til at starte bryde afdelingen op igen I guess, hvis det er der du vil gøre dig gældende) for at træne der.

Og man kan altid komme forbi og afprøve stedet.

Regionals bench (JM).

Weigh in weight: 95.8 (211.2)

Some shoulder pain in warm up where I did a negative on 150 kg, finished warm up like 20-25 minutes before first lift.

Started in my 42 F6.

First attempt:

150 - Good 2 - 1

Second attempt:

162.5 (358.25) - Good 2 -1

Changed to the 44 Inzer Xrage, pulled it down a lot.

Third attempt:

177.5 - no lift - Could not touch.

The 100 kg class was won at 220 kg (358.25), I finished 4. or 5....

Det var egentlig et udmærket JM, synes du ikke?

Jeg var lige nede og kigge. Bare lidt træls, at der kun var et enkelt lokum til alle de mennesker, fordi ADD Havde lagt permanent beslag på det ene af de to, der ellers er.

Alt i alt et udmærket stævne. Og fedt med så mange mennesker. Der er dog også nogle kritik punkter.

Kommentatoren nævnte ikke 2 løftere frem hver gang han annoncerede ny løfter, det er ikke optimalt for løfteren, da man begynder at gøre sig klar lidt tid inden man skal ind.

De havde en bærbar computer til rådighed, men brugte dem ikke til udregning af willks med mere.
