The WOD works just like the song...

Round 1 = 1 Sprint

Round 2 = 2 rope climbs + 1 Sprint,

Round 3 = 3 Deadlifts + 2 Rope Climbs + 1 Sprint

60min Cut off :-)

Score: Jeg måtte stoppe undervejs.. jeg var noget til 28.46 min og skulle til og i gang med ring dips. Mine albuer var fucked af rope climbs. Fuck.

Nåh, nu har jeg lige downet en masse sushi og skal ud af døren til Hollywood.

God video-log! Jeg blev dog en smule søsyg da du skulle sætte dig ned!

Og helt sikkert noget mad-halløj næste gang, eller interview med cross-jizzer's/BB'ere næste gang!

Jeg skal nok ses med en ven som træner op til sin Navy Seal prøve. Han skal vist svømme i havet engang i weekenden.. snupper noget der hvis lejligheden byder sig.

Jeg tager også lidt til Crossfit.. måske et lille interview med min coach.
