Det kommer an på hvilken del af ryggen du mener.

Latissimus og teres major rammes bedst af chins, mens dødløft rammer erectorerne, og muligvis rhomboideus og trapezius bedst.

Jeg mener primært dødløft er en øvelse for baglår, baller og nedre ryg.
