Eller i hvert fald se på: Kan man træne kroppen med andre øvelser end lige "de tre store"..Så - hvis i kender til andre øvelser end lige squat, bænkpres og dødløft, så synes jeg I skulle poste dem her i tråden. Kim S Posted January 10, 2004 Report Share Posted January 10, 2004 Fra tid til anden smider jeg et par sæt fy-øvelser som Upright rows og Arnold press ind for at variere øvelserne. Specielt bevægelsen i Arnold press "ligger godt" til mine skuldere.Jeg vil bestemt ikke anbefale dem, selv om jeg ikke haft problemer ift. rotator cuffen. Det lumske ved disse øvelser er dog at problemerne sagtens først kan vise sig efter et godt stykke tid. Skulderhøjt træk med reb i long pully maschine god for posterior delt og trapsSwiss balls flyes og pulloverFlys og dumbell press for enden af bænk med støtte til hoved og øverste ryg og bagdelen sænket under bænkhøjde.
