Programet ser skam meget fint ud, men er jo lavet specifikt til atleter som dyrker anden sport. Såfremt du dyrker anden sport eller løber meget har Joe DeFranco ret i at man vil have svært ved at restituere fra 2 træningspas for benene om ugen. Såfremt det ikke er tilfældet kunne du tilføje en "repetition lower body day".
