"ny" form for progression

hej.

kom lige til at tænke på en ting ang. progression. normalt bygger man jo progression op ved at øge antal kg, eller sæt, eller bege dele.

men kan man ikke stige i antal øvelser samtidig med kg. dvs. stige i kg de første 4-5 uger af et program, og så smide en eller to øvelser ekstra på de sidste 2-3 uger??
