Jeg er enig i at sener og muskler skal trænes op.

Jeg kender en hel del som har fået skader i albue og underarm fordi de ikke var "kampklar"

Eller fordi de legede "over the top" med lidt for kradsbørstige modstandere!

Så træn træn træn - arme, skuldre, bryst og ryg!

;)

PS. husk ben. Det ser så fjollet ud at springe bentræning over!
