For dem som er interesseret i maksimal styrke, så har jeg fundet en god kortfattet artikel som beskriver hovedpunkterne i hvordan man bliver stærk. Artiklen er taget fra PLUSA (Powerlifting USA), og er en 2 delt JPG fil, så bogstaverne er måske lidt små :-)
