Hvor er det rart at man ikke er den eneste der er træt af folk der råver af deres makkere eller curler i squatracket...

1. Wearing a belt as soon as you come out of the locker room and from then on through their entire workout, EVEN WHEN THEY GET A DRINK, I've seen guys wearing them doing forearms, tricep pushdowns, ...unbelievable

2. Screaming ,yelling at your partner

3. Dudes in spandex, never

4. Filling up an entire water bottle at the fountain, while other's are waiting

5. Curling on squat rack or cage.

6. Tight tank tops on guys.

7. Cell phones, pagers, etc.

8. Giving someone the wrong advice , REAL loud so everyone can listen. I hear some guys telling other guys, some thing that Ripley's believe it or not would be like "no way"

9. Taking someone else's weights or bench, when they go for a drink I can't tell you how many times I have gone to get a drink , come back, and someone else is on my bench, or has my weights.

10. Buying supplements from the gym

11. Listening to the high school aged trainer at the gym

Sorry AM, det gør jeg da hver gang jeg har chancen!! Hvorfor vente på de kommer tilbage.... jeg har jo ikke hele dagen.. :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Med hensyn til at curle i squat racket!! Da jeg træner i et fitness center er squatracket som regelt ledigt mens der står 10 i kø til de alm. stænger. Så fuck det hvis ingen bruger racket, så curler jeg løs :devil:

(kun hvis det er ledigt, og ville aldrig optage det for folk der evt. skulle squatte :huh: )

Jeg er egentligt også glad for at bruge den lidt tykkere stang, da jeg har et bedre greb om denne :)

Bælte til weighted dips??? Det var dog et besynderligt sted at anvende det... Jeg benytter kun bælte til tung squat og dødløft og kan ikke se det relevant at anvende det andre steder, dog måske lige til supertung bænkpres...

ja det er svært at finde andre steder at spænde vægte fast. Eller.... Altså det kunne nok lade sig gøre. Men så kan det godt være der går et par uger før jeg skal træne igen.

Jeg har ikke benyttet bælte til squat og Dl endnu. Men det kan godt være jeg skal overveje det når jeg skal max`e næste gang.
