Cardio: 30 Min løb, højt tempo, kopieret terræn. :cry:

Ben:

Squat: 2 x 12 (80kg), 2 x 10 (90kg), 2 x 8 (100kg) , 1 x 4 (110kg)

Leg Curls: 2 x 12 (120kg), 2 x 10 (125kg)

Leg Ext. 4 x 12 (100kg)

Calves: 6 x 15 (80kg)

Mav: :4thumbup:

Incline Sit Ups: 4 x 20

Reverse Incline Sit Ups: 4 x 15

Floor crunches: 4 x 20

Knee Ins: 4 x 20

Incline BB Bench Press: 2 x 10 (70kg), 1 x 8 (80kg), 1 x 6 (85kg)

Flat BB Bench Press: 2 x 10 (80kg), 2 x 8 (90kg), 1 x 4 (100 kg)

Flat DB Flyes: 4 x 8 (27,5kg)

DB Pull Overs: 4 x 10 (50kg)

Chest Dips: 4 x 10 (kropsvægt.

Ryg:

Front Latt Pulls: 2 x 12 (85kg), 2 x 10 (90kg)

V-bar Latt Pulls: 4 x 10 (85kg)

Cable Rows: 4 x 8 (80kg)

One Arm DB Rows: 4 x 10 (45kg)

Skulle have haft Hyper Extension, men tiden var ikke med mig. :cry:

Cable Side Laterals: 2 x 10 (35kg), 2 x 8 (40kg)

DB Shoulder Press: 3 x 10 (27,5kg), 2 x 6 (30kg)

Rear Laterals Machine: 4 x 8 (60kg)

Arme:

Superset

Incline DB Curls: 4 x 8 (25kg)

Tricep Dips: 4 x 10 (kropsvægt)

Superset

Hammer Curls: 4 x 8 (25kg)

Cable Pushdown: 4 x 10 (120 kg) Det er en cybex kabeltårn. Det er nok en 60 kg eller lign.

Superset

Preacher Curls: 4 x 8 (40kg

DB Triceps Extension: 4 x 8 (15kg)

En solid omgang for armene :cry: . De var godt pumpet op bagefter :laugh:

Incline Hammer Curls: 4 x 10(25kg)

Cable Pushdown: 3 x 12(120kg) Cybex kabel tårn.

Udmærket træningspas.

Ikke de store løft, men god træning. :superman: Havde masser af energi tilovers. Så kondicyklede i 20 min til slut. :smile:
