ARRGG!Det skyldes flere ting.. CrossJizzsters. Det er pisse fedt men jeg burner for mange cals. ... eller jeg spiser for lidt! Jeg er maaske for carb conscious? Jeg fokuserer meget paa ikke at faa for mange carbs for tiden. Jeg BB'er stadig men skal jeg lave noget om? Jeg er 100% i mit livs bedste form pt men ville gerne have lidt mere masse. Excess Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 RIPPED - for her pleasure....Det ser sgu skarpt ud! Lyder til du har præcis samme problem som en af mine homies tidligere døjede med. Han var super carb-strict fordi han endelig havde fået banket sin fedtprocent ned på et acceptabelt niveau. Han kørte en del crossjizz + BB og ramte også en rigtig fin form. Herfra begyndte han dog at blive tyndere og tyndere uden at tabe mere fedt. Han tabte simpelthen muskelmasse fordi han så længe havde været i kronisk katabolsk tilstand. Løsningen blev at carbcycle, så han nu carber godt igennem på træningsdage og kører lowcarb på hviledage. Det har hjulpet ham til at gaine og samtidig holde fedtprocenten nede.Jeg vil anbefale at du starter med at carbe up 2 dage om ugen - på dine 2 hårdeste træningsdage. Start med få lidt ekstra carbs pre-workout og en seriøs omgang PWO. Giv det en måneds tid og se hvordan du responderer på det Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
