Øhhh har lige et hurtigt spørgsmål. Træner man både biceps, triceps, ryg, ben, mave, bryst og skulder samme dag ved HST-træningen? Er vant til kun at træne skulder/bryst, biceps/ryg eller læg/lår/mave samme dag. undrede mig lige ved den eventuelle forskel ...... :rolleyes:
