Tuesday:

Chest and Triceps

Wednesday:

Legs and Abs

3x20------Squats

3x20------Speed squat

3x20------Deep squat

3x20------Lunge

3x12------Calf raise

Abs program

Thursday:

Forearms, Traps and Biceps

3x12------Shrugs

3x6-------Weighted chin-ups

3x12------Reverse Barbell curl

3x12------Biceps curls

3x12------Wrist curls

3x12------Reverse wrist curls

Friday:

Shoulder and Triceps

3x12------Military press

3x12------Raises (Front, back and side)
