De fleste power programmer fungerer også ganske glimrende som masseprogrammer. Folk har en underlig tendens til at seperere bodybuilding og styrkeløft totalt.

Thomas jeg mener at huske dig sige, at du på et styrkeprogram har opbygget mere muskelmasse, end på alle de bodybuilding-programmer du har prøvet. Hvad var det nu det var for et program?
