September:50 rep ChallengeBænkpres:100 kg x 11, 5, 3 reps - 90 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 4, 4, 4 repsPulldowns lige stang:70 kg x 10, 8, 6, 5, 5 reps - 65 kg x 6, 6, 8 repsDB rows:3 sæt @ 32 kg x 10 repsMilitary pres:40 kg x 10, 7, 4, 4 reps - 30 kg x 8, 6, 6, 6 reps 50 rep challenge med ca. 30 sekunders pause mellem sæt! Det rev godt nok tænder ud, men fedt pump hele vejen igennem. Skulle have haft en gang laterals med, men tiden var ikke til det.Cardio:5 km PW om morgenen + 5 km PW om aftenen.
