Jeg render rundt med et eller andet piss af en virus, så jeg smuttede en tur i sauna. Jeg sad så og tænkte at denne dehydrering umuligt kan være sundt i forhold til at restituere, så er der overhovedet nogen ide med sauna efter træning?

sauna skulle efter sigende være godt og positivt for både muskler og det at restituere sig. I den svømmeklub jeg svømmede i før stod der på saunaen alle de gavnlige effekter varme havde.

kan ik huske præcist hvilke punkter men bed mig fast i at det skulle være sundt generelt og musklerne har godt at det!

ved det er udokumenteret og useriøst grundlag, men bare hvad jeg har "erfaret"

det sundt på samme måde som massage, hvidløg, ginseng og udstrækning. En masse gode historier, der dog når det kommer til egentlig dokumentation, kommer til kort. Ikke dermed sagt at det ikke betyder noget, men at det betyder meget lidt, idet det under kontrollerede omstændigheder meget sjældent kan lade sige gøre at vise en egentlig forskel.

Forekommer der ikke højere test. udskilning ved forhøjet kropstemperatur?

Desuden¸ hvis man finder det afslappende at tage en tur i sauna vil dette indirekte medføre en hurtigere restitution. Dit nervesystem og altså dine pykiske tilstande er i direkte forbindelse med dit endokrine system. Det er derfor du bliver slap i tarmene og hård i musklerne¸ hvis du upåagtet løber ind i en stor glubsk rottweiler eller en rocker...

Ligeledes er der bedre test.- og hghudskilning når du slapper heeelt af¸ for eksempel når du sover.

Selvfølgelig kan sauna hjaelpe dig med at restituere¸ ligesom udstraekning og massage. (og hvem ved måske endda hvidløg).

Jeg holdt mig bevidst til vage formuleringer, idet jeg ikke har nogen beviser for min udtalelse..

"Teorien" er såmænd den samme som almindelig skadesbehandling: Varme øger blodgennemstrømningen, og dermed også inflammationen i en evt. skade. Dvs: Hvis du har en lille skade i et led, vil denne (forudsat du er længe nok i saunaen til lokalt at øge temperaturen) bløde mere i et opvarmet område - end i et koldt.

Ved akutte cerebrale infarkter er varme bade og sauna direkte kontraindceret, idet den perifere kardilation giver blodtryksfald = Mindre forsyning til de infarkttruede områder.

Om dette også gør sig gældende i de modsatte tilfælde, har jeg som sagt ingen beviser på.

Efter en alm. træningsrunde har det da ingen indflydelse på ens restitution, hverken den ene eller anden vej, hvis du vælger at tage i sauna eller ej.

Er der ikke en dansk undersøgelse, der har påvist gavnlig effekt hos ældre (hukommelse) ved indtagelse af ginseng? :unsure:

Jeg har hørt tandlæger anbefale det fordi det skulle have en gavnlig effekt på paradentose. <_<

Jeg kan komme på en ting eller to massage er godt for. :4whistling:
