A2 - Swiss ball pushups: 3x12

TGU: 2x3x15kg h/v - der er ikke særligt meget fremgang i tgu'en, men jeg lader den blive i programmet indtil videre

Inverted row: 2x8xbw, 1x6+2xbw

Pistols: 3x8x10kg v/h
