Hva synes i om min sammensætning? Fokus vil i disse tre uger ligge på ryg (yates row specielt).

PULL Mandag/Torsdag

Breathing Squats (20rep)

Leg curl (4x12)

Bb yates row (Smolov Jr)

DL (5*5) (evt. hvis ryggen holder til det)

WG Pull-ups (3x10)

Db curl (4*10)

Calf raise (4*15)

PUSH Tirsdag/Fredag

Db inc. Bench press (4*10)

Bench press (4*10)

Shoulder press (4*10)

Lateral raise (4*10)

Cable triceps (4*10)

Machined Abs 1 (4*10)

Machined Abs 2 (4*10)

Programmet køres i 3 uger :smile:

du skal vel køre smolov 4 gange om ugen ikk?

Crap sku da rigtig! tror bare jeg venter med at lave program til efter dm - caaaaaaaaaaaaarbs :laugh:

Men som du msn´ede mig sættes den bare til 6 uger i stedet....og så kun smolov 2 gange om ugen (yates)
