3x3x10: 80-100 kg..Dejligt at være oppe på de 100 kg :bigsmile:

Pulley rows:

4x10: 50-70 kg..Langt tid siden pga. fibersprængningen i læggen, så skulle lige tilpasse stillingen.

Low rows(TG-machine):

High rows(TG-machine):

3x10: 35

Hyper extension:

Mangellisten er så stor så det kan kun gå fremad.
