3x3 Skin the Cats tucked 1*3, 1*3, 1*3

3x5 Jackknives from feet 1*5, 1*5, 1*5

2x10 Pushups 1*10 1*10

2x10 Hanging Knee Raises 1*10, 1*10

2x10 Body Rows 1*10, 1*10

3x20 second L-Sit with knees bent (meget bedre stil denne gang!)

5 Muscle-Up pulls or attempts (sprang jeg over)

2x10 Dips (ben på stolen)

2x10 Pullups (ladders: 1-2-3-4-3-1)
