WSB ME øvelser til bænk

Jeg vil faktisk mene at begge øvelser i kraft af at de er full-range movements, hjælper bunden af bænkpres. Normalt anbefaler WSB folkene at man laver full-range ME øvelser, hvis man er svag i bunden af bænkpres, og det er blandt andet decline og incline bænkpres der er tale om her. Desuden giver incline bænkpres en længere range of motion end almindelig bænkpres, hvorved man faktisk træner brystmusklen fra en dybere position end bænkpres.
