Torsdag d. 17.5.2012

Vægten er efterhånden nede på de 88-89 afhængigt af dagen målt efter træning. Det er et vægttab på 4-5 kg og det kan tydeligt ses, hvilket jo er ganske rart. Målet, eller delmålet, er stadig at ramme 85 kg. Hvad planen så bliver når den vægt bliver ramt ved jeg ikke helt. Jeg kunne godt forestille mig det er en ganske habil form, som dog stadig ville kunne forbedres. Samtidig er det jo også rart at være stærk, hvilket man ikke bliver når man er tynd.

Var noget sløj og træt i hovedet da jeg stod op, men jeg skulle jo køre en god omgang ben. Det udmyntede sig i en under gennemsnit omgang træning, som jeg dog alligvel kom igennem. Resten af eftermiddagen er indtil videre stået på influenzalignende symptomer... ikke rart.
