Kun 2 pas pga eksamen igen i dag, men regner med at nå op på de 15 den her uge alligevel.

14.30-15.30 - No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

6 x 5 min sparring, måtte stoppe midt i den 7. fordi min kammerat var skadet.

20.30-21.30 - Vægttræning

Bænkpres

3 x 10 @ 90 kg

Seated DB Shoulder Press

3 x 10 @ 26 kg

08.30-09.30 - Jiu-Jitsu

Kørte 5 min slow-roll og 4 x 7 min sparring. Så kom der en af blåbælterne ved 10-tiden og så kørte jeg lige 2 x 5 min slow-roll og 2 x 5 min sparring med ham.

16.30-17.30 - Vægttræning

Bænkpres

Teknik og så sparring, en masse korte runder. Mener jeg kørte 42 min i alt.
