Jeg har lavet den sub 20 med 70 kg.WHAT!? De sagde i centeret at det var 60 kg? Nedtur.. Grunden til at jeg får så ''dårlige'' tider i mine WOD med VL er fordi jeg fokusere meget på hver eneste løft. Men må indrømme at jeg har været mærket efter de to sidste WOD's.Lavede du Full Squat Clean eller Power Clean? - Jeg lavede Full Squat Clean!I øvrigt tillykke med dit nye partnerskab. Vi fandt på en WOD der hedder 20-12 dvs. at hver deltager bestemmer en øvelse der skal tages 20 reps af, efterfulgt af 12 burpees. Det skal nok blive hårdt!
