du begynder at lave lunges eller split squat, styrkeløfter squat (med hoften langt bagude og med tilstrækkeligt bevægeudslag) og stivbenet dødløft 3 gange i ugen med rigtig vægt. Hvis du gør det vil jeg garantere at du kan hive 3-4 cm booty hjem inden sommer.

Nåja, og iøvrigt spiser som man skal (nok f***** protein og grøntsager)
