ChristofferRoen Posted January 15, 2013 Report Share Posted January 15, 2013 I "Aktiv træning"s træningsskole omtaler de et såkaldt trisæt doublé-metode, men er lidt i tvivl om hvordan dette skal forstås da jeg ikke synes det fremgår helt tydeligt af deres artikler. Skal man fx. udføre øvelse A1 så A2, så A1, så A1 igen, så A2 og A1, før man holder pause, så man altså udføre alle 3 sæt af de 3 A-øvelser før man holder pause?
