Rigtig fin og lang løbetur, hvor jeg dog hostede en del i starten pga. den kolde luft og en astma lignende luftvejslidelse, som jeg altid har haft, men det blev heldigvis bedre da jeg blev løbet mere varm. Lavede 4 - 5 sæt med indlagte pauser. Vil fortsætte med denne intense slags øvelser inden jeg snart så småt starter op med cyklingen igen.
