Nervøsiteten var stor, ikke hver dag man træner med MOL-kendisser! DaisyBro mobbede mig med min slappe bænkpres........15 minutters opvarmningBack Squat5x3x120 kg- Første gang med mit nye bælte - OK reps, men mangler lige den sidste finish i teknikken!Dips1x81x103x12ssGHD Sit ups5x10GHD Hyper Extensions5x15xBW+10 kgEn masse kæbetræning!Efterfølgende en tur ud på Amager og få tre klatter is! Hyggeligt at have dig på besøg Sølling Jeg husker ellers kun, at jeg mobbede dig med dine dips Og det hjalp jo, du blev da stærkere og stærkere :4thumbup:Jeg synes i øvrigt du skal få dine penge tilbage fra Fitness DK og starte hos os. Altså omgånde.
