Ja okay.. Og disse som de eneste øvelser, right?..

Btw ingen idéer til at erstatte Row, da jeg har en mindre skade i området ved trapez og nakke, der helst ikke skal belastes for meget.. <_<

Ellers regner jeg med at tage chins begge dage, og så veksle mellem dips og bænk.. Men kan det virkelig passe at dips giver nok i bryst? :blink:
