Det kostede et par reps) 8x90lbs 8x90lbs 8x90 Ved femte sæt var der fuldstændig udsolgt. Havde en længere pause fordi jeg lige skulle se til mit afkom. Fik en rep og så var der udsolgt Box squat (til parallel med stop) 8x20 5x70 3x110 3x120 3x130 3x140 3x130 3x130 Noget pinlig affære. Men efter 17år på MOL er der jo sket det at jeg også efterhånden er semi voksen, i et liv hvor vi leger “far , mor og børn”, med Vila, Missekat og BMW.
