Min første rigtige WOD i 4 ugers tid. Mit håndled er stadig fucked men voldte ikke den store smerte under WO.

Lørdag WODs er altid super fede da vi kan være udenfor.. lørdag var ingen undtagelse. Super fed WOD som Andy lavede til mig

Derefter til Laguna Hills og NLI comp. Vi havde en del atleter som skulle deltage.

Score: LOL. Stopuret fuckede og jeg glemte walking lunges i de sidste to runder. Fucked.

Hvordan går det med din hånd?

Hey.

For at være ærlig så ved jeg det ikke rigtigt. Jeg bruger den ikke rigtigt så mærker ikke om jeg har smerter længere.. smerterne skal provokeres frem ved at dreje, skubbe og trække lidt i en (høhøhø) Jeg skal tilbage til lægen i næste uge og så beslutter han sig for om der skal laves en MRI scanning.
