Zune Posted May 6, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 6, 2007 Træningsplan for uge 19:Mandag:Bryst, skulder og triceps.Onsdag:Ben og lægge.Fredag:Ryg, nakke og biceps.Jeg har i en periode kørt 5 dages split men grundet tidsnød prøver jeg dette progam. Overvejer en 4 dages split de dage hvor muligheden tillader det.Små 25-30 sæt pr. træningspas som ca tager 1 time pr. pas, dog med langsom opstart af bentræningen.
