Så der skal trænes en del bundstyrke. Jeg tror det hænger sammen med mit Touch'n GO når jeg har kørt mit Wendler. Jeg vil køre med reset når jeg starter Wendler op igen.Dette bliver nok sidste LOG i en uges tid, da jeg rejser afsted til Afghanistan imorgen, og først starter op på træning igen om en uges tid. Så har fået afvide at jeg skal holde min hånden i ro, og gå med gibs skinde de første 3 uger, derefter skal der gå 14 dage med genoptræning.
