I det korte og det lange: vend dig om, så du ikke får en dårlig vane med at glo i spejlet når du squatter. Det giver dig en bedre føling med løftet. Mht. dit squat, synes jeg det ser fornuftigt ud, når du kommer helt i kælderen. Pas på du ikke føler vægten for meget ned. Du virker lidt usikker og mangler måske lidt "hårdhed". Men jeg tror nu ikke diverse ass. øvelser er løsningen i første omgang. Jeg tror et EDT-program er rigtig godt til at fixe den slags. Du får mange gode kvalitets-reps på en fornuftig vægt, med korte pauser, hvilket tvinger dig til at have god teknik hele vejen. Hold fokus på at komme helt i bund, hold spændet, udnyt dit "pop" i bunden. Det kan virke grænseoverskridende og forkert i starten, men tror det vil virke - og få dig lettere forbi dit sticking-point. Når jeg tænker over det har jeg lavet nogle rigtige gode squat sessions under EDT. Jeg blev faktisk rigtig stærk! Kan klart anbefale det. Dødløft er rævsygt. Lav nogle cleans i stedet.Fedt at du kan mærke forskellen med ryggen til spejlet. Prøv evt. et par lettere pas med lukkede øjne, hvis du vil fine tune endnu mere. No shit.
