TheDagsform Posted June 22, 2013 Report Share Posted June 22, 2013 Ser godt ud med træningen, Sølling. Squats + hills i Frederiksberg er i den grad DBM-approved. Spændende hvor meget du får ud af EDT. Jeg fik - som tidligere nævnt - virkelig gode resultater. Irriterende de originale artikler om programmet ikke længere er på interwebz. P.s. Kauf log.
