Det skal nok give godt (gør det det?).Jeg er waaaaaay too straight til at kunne bære sådan en skjorte... Og hvis du ikke kan passe den over brystet, så kan jeg bestemt ikke passe den heller. Over maven, that is. Ja, det volumentræning holder helt vildt. Har aldrig gjort så gode gains før, som jeg har haft de sidste 2-3 mdr. Men det kræver lidt, at man hænger egoet ved døren, for vægtene bliver amputeret en smule, hvis der skal være damp til 20 sæt 2 gange om ugen...
