Det var lige noget for mit ønske om vægttab omend sikkert på den ufede måde, da der nok er en del muskeltab involveret. Men her til morgen stod morgenvægten på 83,6 kgLøbetur den 27. april. rundt om søerne 3,6 km. Ikke nogen succes. Jeg blev nærmest dårlig på den sidste del. Det blev så klart for mig, at jeg cheater i den negative del og ikke går ned til armene er strakte.Derfor besluttede jeg mig for at tage en ny max med stricte udførelser og så gå videre derfra.
