mugge Posted April 21, 2014 Author Report Share Posted April 21, 2014 Hjemkommet fra ferie i påsken i USA med familiebesøg med masser af god mad (kæmpe steaks-frygtede lidt at lide Contadors skæbne, hvis en bælgøjet ADD-kontrollør skulle udtage mig til kontrol), gode vine (Cabernet Sauvignon fra Washington State er at foretrække for vin af samme drue fra Californien-mere elegance, bedre frugt og ikke så jammy).Det blev kun til to 4,5 km løbeture under ferien. Trods det sagde vægten i morges 83,2 kg, hvilket er helt OK. Forrige uge og denne uge er fulde af sociale forpligtelser (og deraf følgende rigelige mængder alkohol) og meget lidt tid til træning.
